Tour Packages: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the departure may eligible for a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the departure date may not be eligible for a refund.
For Cab Services: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the departure may eligible for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the departure date may not be eligible for a refund.
For Room Booking: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the departure may eligible for a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the departure date may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed via the online payment method used during the booking.
The time taken for refunds will be 1 to 2 days via same payment method which use during booking the service.
3. Cancellation Charges:
Please note that certain tour packages, cab services, or room booking might have specific cancellation fees based on their individual terms and conditions. These charges will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
4. Modification and Rescheduling:
Should you wish to modify or reschedule your tour package or cab or room booking, please contact us. Additional charges or fees might apply based on the changes made.
